Vendor Info

We are always looking for great vendors to add to our 2024 Havasu Stampede!

  • You furnish your own booth. We provide bare ground and limited electricity. (best to bring a generator, electricity is only 110)

  • You are responsible for paying your own taxes

  • You must have a certificate of insurance and a Lake Havasu City business license

  • Booths must be set up and ready to go by 5:00 pm Friday March 15th, 5:00pm Saturday March 16th, 1;00pm Sunday March 17th

  • Performances start at 7pm on Friday, 7pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday (Gates open 2 hours prior to performance starting)

  • Booths cannot be broken down early before total event is over (Sunday afternoon). Must be out by noon on Monday.

  • You are responsible for picking up your trash.

  • Water is on grounds

  • There is no security after event is over for each performance.
