Vendor Info
We are always looking for great vendors to add to our 2024 Havasu Stampede!

You furnish your own booth. We provide bare ground and limited electricity. (best to bring a generator, electricity is only 110)

You are responsible for paying your own taxes

You must have a certificate of insurance and a Lake Havasu City business license

Booths must be set up and ready to go by 5:00 pm Friday March 15th, 5:00pm Saturday March 16th, 1;00pm Sunday March 17th

Performances start at 7pm on Friday, 7pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday (Gates open 2 hours prior to performance starting)

Booths cannot be broken down early before total event is over (Sunday afternoon). Must be out by noon on Monday.

You are responsible for picking up your trash.

Water is on grounds

There is no security after event is over for each performance.
